Lenore Spitznagel, LMT, CNMT, was trained in the practice of Massage Therapy at Missouri College, St. Louis, MO. Following her graduation in June of 2000, she was among the first in Missouri and the first in St. Louis to be licensed by the State of Missouri under the new Massage Therapy laws in January of 2001. Lenore continued her study of Massage Therapy through in-depth continuing education programs. Massage for Breast Surgery patients, Massage for the Year of Childbirth and Neuromuscular Therapy are among the subjects she has studied. In 2007 Lenore took the certification exam for Neuromuscular Therapy, becoming a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. In addition to massage techniques, Lenore has studied Aromatherapy, taken Doula Training (professional labor and delivering coaching), and advanced Gross Human Anatomy Courses.
Lenore taught Massage Therapy from 2005-2008. She has volunteered with Domestic Violence and Rape Survivors, offering chair massage and facilitating craft projects.
Her hobbies are sewing, reading and walking the dogs. In addition to being a Massage Therapist, Lenore is also Professional Photographer. She serves on the Board of Directors of Diana's Grove Dog Rescue and can talk about dogs for days if you give her the chance.
Michelle studied Massage Therapy at Allied College in Fenton, MO, graduating in 2010. Growing up athletic herself, she specializes in Sports Massage, but also gives a great relaxation massage. She has worked with Body Builders, Cross Trainers and other athletes over the year.
