How I can serve you

A variety of relaxation, deep tissue and injury treatment massage techniques can be incorporated into a soothing and healing massage experience.

u When you are experiencing the pressures of work or family, massage can offer you a calming respite from daily demands.

u A decrease in stress leads to an increase in our immune functions, thus helping us to fight illness and decrease recovery time.

u If you or a loved one are being treated for a major illness, massage can be a healing and soothing experience for both of you.

u Athletes, dancers and performers will benefit from the increased blood flow to the muscles, resulting in ease of movement and quicker recovery time.

u Pregnant women will experience less physical discomfort and enjoy the expertise of a trained labor assistant as their Massage Practitioner.

What to expect

Your massage session will take place in a warm, quiet room. Soft music will be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.

What to expect

Your massage session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music will be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.

You and the practitioner will discuss the desired outcome of your session. A typical full-body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. You will not be touched on or near your genitals (male or female) or breasts (female).

Most massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however, you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear for your own comfort.

You will be properly draped during the session. The practitioner will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table, and cover yourself with a clean sheet and blanket.

Make yourself comfortable. Many people just close their eyes and completely relax. Others like to talk during their session. Feel free to ask the practitioner questions about massage and bodywork in general or about the particular technique you are receiving.
